So were you a Hot Wheels kid or Matchbox? How about both? That’s me. I enjoyed both brands so much. They were slightly different but really, the passion was all the same. Kids like me longed for the next diecast metal car they could collect. So many options! It didn’t stop with the cars either. There were so many kits available that allowed you to customize your car, build your own race track and set it up for competition racing with your buddies on the weekends. Those bright colors, unique details and the metal bodies were always something to look forward to. Fast forward to today and we have all either now grown up to enjoy life size versions of our favorite cars. Today we were lucky enough to partake in the #hotwheelsultimatedrivethru experience at Six Flags Over Georgia where they hosted an on display setup of some of the popular hot wheels cars we all loved and adored as kids. It was nice to take this experience in with my children who actually love the mountains of toy cars we’ve already gotten them. Take a look at the gallery below and be sure to check out the video!
